Our client, Consumer Products Industry is seeking a Hairstylist to join their team. As a Hairstylist, you will be part of the Salon Study. The ideal candidate will have team playing skills, multi-task, and people skills which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Hairstylist

Location: Trumbull, CT

Contract: 1 year (extension possible)

Pay Range: $20

Part Time: Mon - Thurs: 8:30am - 4:00pm (30 hrs per week)

What’s the Job?

  • Salon Studies are conducted by CT State licensed stylists; They apply products to panelists hair-either shampoo, conditioner or hair styling aids. During a salon study the stylist will instruct panelists and record their answers. Stylist will also use their expertise to provide product evaluations. Position requires standing and blow drying hair for long periods of time; Working in a fast-paced environment; Asks questions and records study answers; Review instruction with panelist and ensures panelists are following test instructions; Use expertise to provide product evaluations and give feedback to hair team; Practice sanitation procedures; Conduct scalp assessment and able to identify scalp disorders/cuts abrasions/burns

What we're looking for:

  • Currently licensed Hair Stylist by the State of Connecticut

  • Working knowledge of textured hair
