Job Title: Construction Project ManagerJob Description

The Construction Project Manager will manage direct small lab tool install projects (25-50% of the time) and provide scopes of work and rough order of magnitude (ROM) pricing. Responsibilities include submitting purchase orders in SAP. The Fab Operations Engineer will be responsible for critical infrastructure supporting R&D lab tools in Building D. This role focuses on sub-fab systems connecting gases, liquids, and chemicals to tools, including tool install, specialty gas distribution systems, vacuum pump & abatement equipment operations, point of use chiller ops, and process tool support utilities. The candidate will manage planned maintenance schedules, spending 50% of their time in the field validating tool and sub-fab operations and 50% on planning and operations management tasks. The role oversees site resource teams that provide maintenance and install services as well as 3rd party companies.

Hard Skills

• Manage high touch construction tool installation projects within a high touch operating facility

• Experience in semiconductor or similar industry with gas/liquid flow, ideally tool install/sub fab operations

• Knowledge of utilities, mechanical install, and chemicals

• Project management including process documentation flow and system

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Tualatin, Oregon.

Work Environment

Working in the sub-fab basement primarily, around the R&D lab but not directly on the tools. The role involves a mixture of clean room and non-clean room work.
