About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled 1st Shift Forklift Warehouse Associate I to join our team in the Non-Durable Goods Manufacturing industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of forklifts and other warehouse equipment, as well as performing a variety of warehouse tasks to support our operations. This role requires a strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Valid forklift certification

  • At least 1 year of experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment

  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with inventory management software

  • Experience with SAP or other ERP systems

  • Experience in the Non-Durable Goods Manufacturing industry

Responsibilities:

  • Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment in a safe and efficient manner

  • Load and unload materials from trucks and other vehicles

  • Perform inventory checks and maintain accurate records of warehouse stock

  • Assist with the organization and maintenance of the warehouse

  • Communicate effectively with team members and other departments to ensure smooth operations

Skills:

As a 1st Shift Forklift Warehouse Associate I, you will utilize your forklift operation skills and attention to detail to ensure the safe and efficient operation of our warehouse. You will also use your communication skills to collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure smooth operations. Your organizational skills will be essential in maintaining accurate inventory records and keeping the warehouse organized. Additionally, your experience with inventory management software and ERP systems will be beneficial in this role.
