Job Description

One of Insight Global's clients is in search of a dynamic Applications Engineering Manager to join their team on-site in Tucson, Arizona. This individual will be part of a global management team dedicated to maintaining exceptional technical support for customers. The role involves close collaboration with leaders across sales, marketing, production, and engineering to ensure an optimal experience for both customers and staff.

-Oversee the daily functions of the applications engineering department

-Evaluate the performance of team members and provide coaching and mentorship

-Develop, review, and improve applications engineering procedures and policies

-Facilitate technical training for applications engineers and personnel in marketing and sales

Skills and Requirements

-STEM Degree/Background (physics, aerospace, semiconductor technology, environmental analysis, process control, manufacturing, optical sciences, bioprocess, chemistry, fluid dynamics)

-Management experience

-Customer facing experience -Knowledge of or interest in fluid control applications, such as Mass Flow Control & Pressure Control

-Background in Instrumentation null
