Spectrum Comm Inc Engineering Technician in Tucson, Arizona

The Engineering Technician will provide technical support for aircraft testing and evaluation programs, assisting in the development of test plans and integration of modifications for various military aircraft.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in creating Test and Evaluation Master Plans and related documentation per AATC guidelines.

  • Support integration of avionics and mechanical modifications, identifying issues and proposing solutions.

  • Participate in systems engineering tasks, drafting System Engineering Plans and supporting risk management efforts.

  • Collaborate with teams to schedule test activities and prepare necessary test documentation.

  • Conduct post-test evaluations, aiding in problem resolution and reporting findings.

Requirements

Required Experience:

  • 3-5 years of experience in aerospace engineering or technical support roles.

  • Familiarity with military test processes and documentation.

Desired Experience:

  • Knowledge of aircraft modification programs and systems engineering principles.

Education:

Associate’s degree in Engineering Technology or related field; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
