Amity Foundation Enrollment Coordinator in Tucson, Arizona

Job Summary: 

The Enrollment Coordinator works to coordinate paperwork, verification's, including insurances and other payor sources, and in making other general preparations for new admissions. The Enrollment Coordinator works with the enrollment team to assist in any way possible to enhance communication and ensure that the student admission process is efficient and effective. Registration functions require data entry. This position is also responsible for inquiry calls, insurance verification, payment collections at the time of admission and scheduling of evaluations and admissions. 

Supervisory Responsibilities: 

  • None 

Essential Duties: 

  • Conducts initial screenings to gauge appropriateness of admissions to Amity Foundation, Circle Tree Ranch. 

  • Inquiry calls, insurance verification, payment collections at the time of admission and scheduling of evaluations and admissions. 

  • Accesses referral base for other providers and uses that as a resource, when referring appropriate prospective clients.  

  • Maintains accurate monthly calendars of all incoming students both public and private pay.  

  • Follows current policy and procedures for the logging of all medications, moneys and personal items upon student arrival.  

  • Helps maintain a high physical standard of cleanliness and class of the enrollment department and building and housing.  

  • Assists in treatment planning and assessing appropriateness for level of care.  

  • Attends committees or other meetings, as needed. 

  • Attends and participates in community building activities, as appropriate to position. 

  • Travels locally and domestically as needed. 

  • Additional duties as assigned. 

      

Education and Experience: 

Required: High School Diploma or GED, and two years of relevant experience  

  

Certifications or Licenses: 

Required: A Valid AZ Driver license 

Preferred: None
