Intuit’s Customer Success Team within the ProTax Group (PTG) is looking for an Experience Delivery Manager 2 to oversee the end-to-end experience of a high touch professional tax desktop product. We are looking for a strategic problem solver to drive results across Customer Success and external partners, to accelerate Intuit’s mission of powering prosperity around the world.

PTG Customer Success is transforming how we serve our customers through new business models, customer experience innovation, and operational excellence. This role will partner with teams across the company to drive planning processes, ensure successful execution of top priorities, and manage special projects critical to Intuit’s growth plans or Customer Success transformation.

What you'll bring

• 6+ years overall experience in Customer Success or sales management

• Demonstrated track record independently and efficiently to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment

• Ability to define strategies based on business goals & customer insights, lead with a hypothesis, and translate them into actionable tests & implementation plans

• Passion for delighting customers & using customer insights to improve end-to-end experiences

• Demonstrated ability to drive performance through third-party vendors and dotted-line reporting relationships

How you will lead

• Guide teams through annual strategic business planning and quarterly strategy execution processes; align teams against common objectives, KPIs, and plans to deliver outcomes

• Enable fast innovation and adequate decision-making in collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders while also driving regular operating mechanisms with senior executive visibility reviewing products

• Drive Identify, structure, and, in some cases, “hands-on” manage top programs or processes that advance the Customer Success strategy; manage risks and dependencies
