Job Description

An insight Global client based in the Tucson, AZ area is seeking to hire a Master Scheduler to help manage the company's MPS (master production schedule) for new sales orders. This person will intake new orders, then perform an analysis on lead time and materials requirements, and utilize company ERP systems to delegate the timelines and requirements out to various operations, manufacturing, and engineering teams. This company operates in a discrete manufacturing environment and the ideal candidate for this role would come from electronics or semiconductor manufacturing. To be considered for this role, the person must be located in Tucson and be willing to be on site 5 days a week. Salary range for this role is $70,000 to $100,000 but exact compensation could fluctuate based on education or experience.

Skills and Requirements

Bachelor's degree in supply chain management or engineering

 3-5 years of experience of production and material planning experience in the electronics or semiconductor manufacturing industries.

 Experience building and maintaining both MPS (master production schedule) and MRP (material requirements planning) through an ERP system such as SAP (Costpoint preferred). Pegging reports in SAP for example.

 Strong data analysis skills with Excel, PowerBI, and/or Tableau to analyze data to level-load the production process.

Experience working in a lean manufacturing environment APICS certification in CPIM null
