Come join the Intuit Sales Enablement & Customer Success as a Principal Business Systems Analyst. At the center of every great company are great systems and processes. This business systems analyst will partner with our CRM Platforms Product Management team to design, develop and/or champion innovation with our Customer Relationship Management Platforms to provide new ways to delight our customers and deliver revenue for Intuit. Robust Salesforce strategy, design and delivery experience is imperative.

In this role you will personalize our agent’s tool experiences through rapid prototyping, agile development and coordinated releases. We are looking for someone with a proven track record of delivering new technology and experiences at scale in a platform and services-oriented architecture. In addition, this person must have a demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external partners, including technologists, product managers, engineers, and senior leadership.

What you'll bring

Qualifications:

• 10+ years experience designing and delivering Saleforce solutions to clients and/or stakeholders.

• Familiarity & experience with traditional Customer Relationship Management platforms besides Salesforce.

• Solid knowledge and hands on configuration and/or development experience with Salesforce platform.

• A self-motivated person who can influence and drive cross-functional, cross-geo teams, promoting timely and effective communication.

• Experience with Agile development and methodologies.

• Proven expertise leading cross-functional teams that together launch on time.

• A strong sense of urgency to help customers and the ability to identify insights and deliver a quality, innovative experiences quickly.

• Contributions to the technology and BU / FG roadmaps

• Impact analyses for the technology and BU / FG roadmaps (Driver)

• Prioritization of technology solution requirements agreed with key stakeholders, including identification of associated trade-offs (Driver)

• Technology prototyping, testing and data conversion strategies

• Analyses of technology gaps and potential synergies between the process and offering roadmaps (Driver)

• Effective and persuasive presentations (verbal and written) appropriate for project teams and business leaders, when communicating any of the above

• BS or BA Degree preferred or equivalent work experience.

• Hybrid work environment with at least 2 days in offie (Tucson, San Diego or Mountain View)

How you will lead

• A thought leader who partners & works across major boundaries (organizations, business processes, systems, programs) to assess best ways to apply and leverage technology and processes to solve business requirements and optimize for Intuit.

• Synthesizes requirements from multiple business units to drive, together with the business analysts and business process owner, holistic business and technology solutions, inclusive of processes and data usage elements.

• Determines innovative ways to leverage out of the box system functionality and minimize customization as much as possible. Synthesizes issues, risks, proposals and gaps and makes recommendations, then drives and influences in partnership with the business process owner, technology decisions to be made by the sr. leadership team.

• Identify and propose solutions to organizational gaps to improve ability to effectively achieve business objectives.

• Key contributor to shaping business strategy with an eye towards end-to-end operational execution.

• Drives technology solutions to address business requirements that are consistent with architecture strategy.

• Responsible for multiple systems or data domains.

• Partners with relevant business process owners to drive strategy for requirements for a major business units or an enterprise-wide core process' requirements relative to the systems or data domains.

• A driver of technology solutions within their area of focus across a multi-year horizon.

• Ensures solution aligns with the strategy and business objectives.

• Synthesizing and prioritizing requirements and assessing the impact of initiatives on the enterprise.

• Driving the validation and shared vision for technology roadmaps across business units and functional groups and across multiple years.
