Are you an experienced Circuit Card Production Operator? We’re excited to invite you to join our client, a leading manufacturing, and supply chain company in Tucson, AZ. This on-site role not only offers competitive pay but also the chance for overtime opportunities.

Your Role and Responsibilities:

• Manual and Automated Assembly: Utilize your skills in both manual and automated assembly processes.

• Hand Soldering & Automated Test Equipment: Showcase your expertise in soldering and operating test equipment.

• Inspection & Repair: Ensure the highest quality through meticulous inspection and repair processes.

• Machine Setups & Maintenance: Perform feeder repairs and preventative maintenance to keep production running smoothly.

What You Bring to the Team:

• Expertise in Board Assembly: A solid understanding of board assembly processes and product flow.

• Quality Focus: Deep knowledge of product quality standards, soldering specifications, and SMT systems.

• Micro-Assembly Skills: Proficiency in micro-assembly, including wire bonding.

• Problem-Solving Abilities: Strong problem-solving skills to tackle challenges in the assembly process.

• Communication & Teamwork: Effective communication skills and a collaborative spirit.

• Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with Word, Lotus Notes, Excel, and documentation control systems.

Shift and Pay:

• 2nd Shift: Mon – Fri, 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM

• Training: Train on the first shift for 30-60 days

• Earn $21/hour

Qualifications:

• Four to five years of relevant experience, including class 3 soldering and micro-assembly.

Pay Details: $21.00 per hour
