Actalent Project Architect in Tucson, Arizona

  • We are seeking talented, experienced professionals who are familiar with the tools of the trade.

  • Project Architects must have a minimum of five years’ experience, as well as proficiency with current versions of Revit and AutoCAD.

  • Drafters must have proficiency with current versions of Revit, AutoCAD, and a minimum of two years’ experience with architectural construction documents.

  • Professional registration is preferred

  • College Interns must have proficiency with current design and drafting software.

Description:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field

  • Registered Architect, with minimum of 5 years of experience as a Project Architect

  • Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD) for creating detailed drawings

  • Strong knowledge of project management principles and practices

  • Experience with 3D modeling software (Sketchup, Revit, Lumion) for visualizing designs

  • Familiarity with budgeting processes and cost estimation for architectural projects

  • Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients and team members

  • Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) for creating visual presentations

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Architecture

• 3-5 years experience including all phases of design, construction documentation and construction administration.

• Project architect / management experience

• Ability to maintain project schedules and budgets
