Description

We're hiring a Part-Time Full Charge Bookkeeper for contract-to-hire to manage full cycle accounting for three entities within our organization. The role involves handling accounts payable/receivable, payroll, tax filings, financial statement preparation, and budgeting. This role is 100% on-site, and would be 20-25 hours per week, can be flexible with schedule

Responsibilities:

• Manage full cycle accounting for three entities, including AP, AR, payroll, and bank reconciliations.

• Prepare monthly financial statements and tax filings, ensuring compliance with GAAP.

• Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and auditors as needed.

• Monitor cash flow and provide insights for financial management.

  Requirements

• 3+ years of full cycle accounting experience.

• Proficiency in QuickBooks, Xero, or similar software.

• Strong understanding of GAAP principles.

• Excellent organizational and communication skills.

• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

• Comfortable interacting with C-level managers
