Robert Half Accounts Receivable Specialist in Tukwilla, Washington

Description

Robert Half is working with a local company who has an exciting opportunity for an Accounts Receivable Specialist in Tukwila, Washington. In this role, you will be primarily focused on managing and monitoring customer accounts, processing various financial transactions, and maintaining accurate records. Responsibilities Include:

• Efficient and accurate processing of customer credit applications

• Maintenance and updating of customer credit records

• Correspondence with customers regarding renewals and other financial matters

• Managing two distinct revenue flows from renewals

• Ensuring renewals coincide with the customer database

• Tracking and reporting of both revenue flows

• Handling incoming customer payments through mail

• Preparation of deposit slips and conducting onsite branch/bank deposits

• Managing agency paperwork and portals

• Performing miscellaneous administrative tasks

• Utilizing QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel for various tasks including high-volume invoicing and account reconciliation

• Engaging in collections, billing, and cash applications activities

• Reporting on revenue as required.

Salary and Benefits:

The salary range for this position is $52,000-$57,000 annually. Benefits offered with this position include 4 weeks of PTO, 6 sick days, and 14 paid holidays (total of 8 paid weeks off per year), fully paid MDV insurances for employee and 1 dependent, with additional dependents added for a small fee, HSA plan, Life insurance, and participation in the company's 401k. In addition, the role offers a hybrid schedule after 2-3 months of training in the role... up to 3 days at home per week.

Requirements • Proficiency in Account Reconciliation is required.

• Must have experience with Accounts Receivable (AR).

• Familiarity with Billing procedures and practices.

• Knowledge of Cash Applications processes.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.

• Experience with QuickBooks software.

• Ability to handle High-Volume Invoicing.

• Experience in Collections is necessary.

• Must be capable of conducting Revenue Reporting.
