Responsibilities
This is a Hybrid position, but you must live in the Tulsa, Oklahoma area and willing to travel to the facility from time to time.
Data entry, complete clerical functions, and invoice validation
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Must be flexible and able to work necessary hours to get the job done.
Good knowledge of business English, spelling, and punctuation. Must be able to communicate clearly and effectively in writing.
Demonstrate the ability to handle pressure when attempting to meet deadlines and performance goals.
Maintain concentration and focus to meet performance goals including time management.
Have computer technology savviness with the ability to smoothly operate multiple windows and tabs, while simultaneously remain diligent throughout the day.
Ability to run scripts.
Typing documents and correspondence emails throughout the day that can contain up to 25 invoices per email. Possess email and shared drive knowledge.
Email validation and verify data points on each invoice that are accurate and upload in Share Drive.
Rejecting non accurate invoices
Utilize multiple tools like Data Cap to review, organize and maintain databases.
Adhere to Company attendance, punctuality, and meal and rest break requirements.
Manage Service Level Agreements to ensure that every invoice received is verified and uploaded.
Schedule flexibility and ability to work within hours of operation, 7 days a week Between 8am to 5:30pm
Qualifications
What We Look for in a Candidate:
Must be 18 years of age or older
High School Diploma or equivalent
Ability to remain engaged on the phone throughout the entirety of your shift with minimal to no distractions
Superb attendance, so you can be there when our customers need us
