Hub International Operational Support Coordinator, Technical Projects in Tulsa, Oklahoma

Operational Support Coordinator, Technical Projects

Responsibilities:

  • Provide basic technical support to end-users.

  • Troubleshoot basic hardware and software issues.

  • Assist with network connectivity problems, where applicable.

  • Managing Outlook distribution lists and permissions, where applicable.

  • Hardware setup for new employees and moves.

  • Support network security measures incl. local bi-annual audits

  • Collaborate with HUB Corp IT Business Partner on projects.

  • Assist in planning, executing and communications on HUB IT projects.

  • Track project progress and ensure deadlines are met.

  • Maintain project documentation and reports

  • Miscellaneous administrative duties/projects as needed

  • Provide clerical and administrative support to operations and client service departments.

Qualification Requirements:

Experience and Education

  • 3 to 6 months of prior office experience preferred

  • Experienced with IT – Computer systems

Must hold a valid Driver’s License

Public Speaking/Language Skills:

  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively customers and teammates.

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish a big plus.

Math Skills:

  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.

Reasoning Ability:

  • Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.

Computer Skills:

  • To perform this job successfully, an individual should be proficient in Adobe, Microsoft Office including Excel, Word and Power Point; follow guidelines on working in BMS (EPIC) for premium efficiency with your team.
