Pediatric Occupational Therapist

Tulsa, Oklahoma

A variety of flexible options are available including full-time, part-time, PRN evaluations, and PRN/maternity leave coverage (December 2024- March 2024)

THERAPITAS is a growing pediatric outpatient practice seeking a motivated and energetic OTR to join our multi-disciplinary team. We pride ourselves on offering dedicated and compassionate therapy services to the Latino population and families across Oklahoma.

The ideal candidate for this position is someone who works well as a team in collaboration to provide the best pediatric therapy experience for our patients and their families. Position could be for evaluations only, one day a week and there is the option to say with Therapitas part or full time after initial coverage.

Required Qualifications:

• Masters level or higher degree in Occupational Therapy

• Oklahoma State License: OTR/L 

• Excellent work ethic and dedication to patient success

• Experience with and/or knowledge of the pediatric population

• THE ABILITY TO SPEAK SPANISH IS NOT REQUIRED

  Occupational Therapist Responsibilities:

• Perform evaluations, create and follow plan of care for patients

• Perform documentation of services, meeting clinical expectations and payer regulations

• Supervise occupational therapy assistants 

  Mentorship Program:

• Mentorship from Director of Occupational Therapy with 18+ years of experience

• On-site mentorship by therapists with 5+ years of experience

• Collaboration with 3 clinics of OT professionals

• In-session assistance and guidance

• Case reviews with OT team

• Case reviews with Mentor

• Guidance and assistance with documentation

• Assistance with finding CEU to grow your knowledge
