Job Description

The Clinical Care Coordinator is responsible for the direction, assessment, development, planning and evaluation of Elder-centered care following the policies and procedures of Methodist Senior Services in a Green House environment and in accordance with federal, state and local regulations as well as supervising the day-to-day nursing activities performed by nurses and evaluating the work performance. Fulltime Monday - Friday 8a-5p

Requirements

Education Requirements

RN degree from an accredited nursing program, college or university.

Minimum Qualifications

Current unencumbered license to practice as a RN in the state of Mississippi. Minimum working experience of one year in a hospital, long-term care facility or other health care institution; must be 21 years of age; cannot be a resident of the facility; shall have verification that he/she is not listed on the “Mississippi Nurses Aide Abuse Registry”. Fulltime Monday - Friday 8a-5p
