Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with senior leadership to understand the organizations goals and strategy, recruiting, and hiring processes
  • Process improvement and streamlining business operations
  • Research tasks across a broad range of human capital, or human resource topics
  • Develop research plans and designs (e.g., questionnaires and surveys)
  • Interpret data to understand business implications of the research
  • Think strategically, analytically, and proactively about diverse business solutions
  • Create and deliver presentations for senior-level staff
  • Develop reports and presenting to the Firm in a way that is professional and influential

Basic Qualifications:

BA or BS Degree with a minimum of 4 years of experience

Proven experience in a human resources or human capital environment

Excellent written and communication skills

Superb oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills. (Google Suite, MS PowerPoint, MS Word, MS Excel)

Responsive and highly communicative, enjoys engaging with the client's customers

Fluency in talking about strategic HR-related topics - you combine a drive for analytical reasoning with a practical understanding of what our Firm is trying to achieve

Must be self-motivated, detail-oriented, and highly organized

Ability to think strategically, analytically, and proactively about diverse business solution
