We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team in the property management industry, based in Tustin, California. This role offers a hybrid work format, combining in-office and remote work. As a Customer Service Representative, your duties will include processing rental applications, maintaining customer accounts, and coordinating with various departments to resolve issues.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately and efficiently process electronic applications.

• Validate the information provided in the applications.

• Carry out verification procedures via email and phone communication.

• Update customer accounts as needed, ensuring all information is accurate and current.

• Work with internal departments to find solutions to customer issues.

• Handle customer inquiries, providing prompt and accurate responses.

• Maintain an organized and efficient workflow in a high-paced environment.

• Manage inbound calls and email correspondence with a detail-oriented approach.

• Use Microsoft Excel and Word for data entry and account management tasks.

• Identify and correct errors in customer accounts and applications.

Requirements • Proficient in answering inbound calls and handling customer inquiries efficiently.

• Demonstrated experience in delivering high-quality customer service.

• Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy.

• Ability to manage email correspondence professionally and timely.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel for data management and reporting.

• Adept at using Microsoft Word for document creation and editing.

• Experience in account management, with a focus on maintaining customer relationships.
