Gem State Staffing is now accepting applications for a CNCOperatorsTech for a full time, temp-to-hire position in Twin Falls.

• CNC Senior Programmer (Salary\$75k):Program CNC lathes and mills utilizing Mastercam for new products, fixtures, and tooling. Also responsible for building and maintaining relationships in a team environment modeling professionalism, inter personal skills, problem solving, adaptability, and personal value commitment.
• CNC Setup Lathe(Starts at \$25/hr.): Perform program editing for CNC lathe. Also responsible for building and maintaining relationships in a team environment modeling professionalism, inter personal skills, problem solving, adaptability, and personal value commitment.
• CNC Setup Mill (Starts at \$25/hr.): Read, understand, and interpret engineering drawings. Knowledgeable of machining tools and procedures. Load parts into the appropriate machinery, using the best available tooling methods. Understand speeds and feeds, tooling, programs, and operation sequences. Use machine controls to cycle machine through; production operations, set up, adjusting tool positions, and changing tools. Also, review machine operating criteria such as cycle time and spindle rpm.
• CNCManager (Salary DOE):The Machining Manager will work in a team environment, prioritizing jobs, supervising production, monitoring personnel, keeping safety a priority while problem solving, and implementing improvements.
