What You Can Expect:
The Revenue Cycle Supervisor is responsible for management of day to day operations in preparing, reviewing, auditing and processing accounts receivable transactions.
Provides day-to-day oversight to a team of revenue cycle professionals.
Provides leadership, guidance, counseling and continuing education to staff. Select, develop, coach, mentor, and assess performance of staff.
Interprets agency requirements and policies/practices for department and provides support.
Performs difficult and complex duties requiring advanced techniques, extensive and diversified knowledge within specialized areas.
Independently makes decisions, authorizes actions, and manages the department.
Develops solutions to a variety of complex problems.
In collaboration with Senior Leadership, designs, develops and implements focused strategies.
Actively participates in the budget and goal setting process.
Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications:
Education: Associate's Degree
Experience: 4 year's experience.
