Primary Duties and Responsibilities includes but not limited to:

  • Work with the Product Manager and Director to manage and deliver on digital gaming projects, product operations and product analysis and reporting

  • Online Casino Game Management, including addition of new games into the platform as they come out, placement and organization of game tiles within the app to ensure optimal performance of games

  • Maintain update in-app FAQ & Knowledgebase articles, changes to policy pages, and promotional pages, within the products

  • Coordinate with our Online Marketing team to assist in the execution of promotions and sweepstakes, including distribution of funds to customers, promo code creation

  • Act as first point of escalation for our platform providers on any issues requiring attention

  • Effectively communicate project expectations and requirements to team members, third parties, partners, and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion

  • Manage and develop relationships across multiple departments within the company

  • Coordinate tasks with appropriate personnel, both internal and external

  • Liaise with project stakeholders on an ongoing basis and manage day-to-day operational the various iGaming products

  • Ensure game content roadmap and project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately

  • Develop full scale project plans, business requests and functional requirements documents

  • Constantly monitor and report on progress of the projects and product to all stakeholders

  • Configure and maintain iGaming portals for optimal performance using available data to drive decision making

  • Conduct regular competitor analysis and maintain marketplace awareness

  • Extract and produce ad-hoc business intelligence within digital gaming market

  • Maintain the integrity, performance, and compliance of digital gaming products within regulated territories

Minimum Education and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or a technical field

  • Experience working with product and project management applications

  • Ability to create and manage Gantt Charts as well as other similar project management tools

  • Experience working with online UI, wireframe and mock-up applications preferred

  • Intermediate knowledge of MS Office applications such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

  • Must understand online project development and management methodologies

  • Detail-orientated with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Demonstrated proven success within a previous role and the ability to work under pressure in a result driven position

  • Exceptional communication, organizational and interpersonal skills

  • Be able to demonstrate a high level of integrity and work ethic

  • Passion for providing the market leading iGaming and Sports betting experience to customers

Training Requirements:

  • Certifications as required by MGE

  • MGE Corporate and departmental policies and procedures

  • Appropriate regulations that pertain to MGE Information Systems

  • MGE budget planning and analysis process and procedures

Physical Demands and Work Environment:

  • Office work environment

  • Must be able to sit in front of a computer screen for extended periods of time

  • Must be able to work various shifts and flexible hours with occasional travel required
