Description We are offering a contract role for a highly efficient Logistics Clerk based in Union City, California. The primary function of this job is to meticulously manage in-bound customer calls, fulfill orders, provide pricing information, and order delivery information. The role requires a keen eye for detail, especially for our high profile/high volume accounts that require and expect a certain level of service.

Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound calls from internal and external customers efficiently and professionally

• Fulfill orders accurately and provide necessary information related to pricing and order delivery

• Ensure high profile/high volume accounts receive the detailed attention they require

• Utilize Microsoft Office Suites, particularly Excel and Outlook, to organize and manage information

• Monitor and execute office functions effectively and promptly

• Utilize templates effectively for various tasks

• Ensure consistent attendance and punctuality

• Utilize customer service skills to resolve inquiries and enhance customer experience

• Process payments accurately and promptly

• Work onsite as required. Requirements • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites, including Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Outlook

• Experience in customer service and office functions

• Ability to execute tasks and maintain regular attendance

• Familiarity with pricing and payment processing

• Knowledge in creating and managing templates

• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office video tools

• Willingness to work onsite as needed

• Knowledge of ProFile software would be a plus

• Must possess a valid MVR (Motor Vehicle Report)

• Experience with KCT Credit Union would be beneficial

• Comfortable working with different software and platforms.
