As a Data Entry Specialist, you play a crucial role in the meticulous receipt and registration of customer samples. Your responsibilities include ensuring that all customer information is accurately updated and maintained, reflecting our commitment to data integrity and customer satisfaction.

This position supports our Romer Labs division, a global leader in innovative diagnostic solutions for food and feed safety. Responsibilities:

• Inspecting customer samples upon receipt

• Communication with the customer whenever questions arise as to what was received

• Confidential and impartial with customer sensitive information

• Timely and accurate data entry of customer and sample information into LIMS

• Stocks supplies received in appropriate storage locations (when needed)

• Execute Ad hoc tasks outlined by leadership

You bring:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Sense of responsibility

• Organizational skills and attention to detail of accuracy of data entry

• Basic knowledge of ISO 17025 standard

• Ability to multitask and effectively prioritize daily tasks

• Capable of walking or standing for up to 50% of the workday and consistently lifting up to 25 pounds throughout the shift
