Lab Technician, Food Allergens

Onsite, M-F 8am-4:30pm

As a Lab Technician, Food Allergens your responsibilities will include daily analytical benchwork for ELISA analysis of customer submitted samples in accordance with regulatory and quality requirements.

Responsibilities:

• ELISA Test Kit analysis of samples in a contract lab environment

• Compliance with timelines for customer contracts and submitted samples

• Analytical data interpretation

• Data entry into LIMS and performs data pack review functions

• Supervises compliance with QC requirements, with requirements of ISO 17025

• Perform lab bench work required for analysis including solution prep, sample extraction and dilution, and equipment maintenance and troubleshooting

  You bring:

• Bachelor's degree in science related field

• Laboratory experience preferred

• Basic knowledge of ISO 17025 standard a benefit

• Knowledge of quality-related regulations

• Ability to multitask and effectively prioritize daily tasks
