Job Title: Laboratory Office Assistant

Location: Union, MO

Hours/Schedule: Tuesday - Thursday. 6hrs a day during 8am-4:30pm business hours. Total 19hrs/week

Type: contract to hire

Responsibilities

• Data entry into Equipment Maintenance Database

• Scanning and filing of calibration documentation

• Receipt of laboratory inventory supplies and verification of the items Certificate of Analysis

• Review of internal data entry on customer received samples

  Requirements

• Attention to details and effective data entry skills

• Laboratory prior experience preferred?

• Knowledge of quality-related regulations preferred

• Ability to multitask and effectively prioritize daily tasks?
