As a member of the Asset Management organization, we manage capital and government property from initial acquisition through its life cycle of use to include movement, inventory and disposition or contract closeout actions. Asset Management maintains and updates all records for capital and government property items to ensure the accuracy and the timeliness of FAR and GAAP reporting requirements. We are the conduit of information for all audits involving capital assets and government property. As an Asset Management Analyst, you will be expected to interface with internal and external stakeholders during audits which generally include DCMA, Quality, ISO, Military customers, and a host of other federal agencies. The work is directly associated with ensuring the assigned government property business system is compliant and up to date.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provides property accountability support and services in the functional areas of establishing property records, database management, property movement updates, preparation and performance of physical inventory and property financial reporting in support of leadership.

• Assists Property Leadership in Administering the terms of contract provisions that specify the company's obligations to acquire, control, use, care for, report and dispose of property in its possession.

• Review new tags requests and validate data prior to record creation for new items as received

• Validating PO WBS for proper tagging and accountability

• Creating records in PROP for all accountable property including property at subcontractors

• Track movement of all assets and update PROP accordingly

• Review and approve eShippers when property is shipped or hand carried

• Perform annual inventory of all assets

• Creating monthly CDRL reports

• Review and assist in completing Loss forms if property is damaged or lost

• Update Government database for Property Losses

• Update records from completed ADRs for property to be dispositioned

• Perform property transfers in PIEE

• Update UID registry (utilizing PROP, I2S and/or directly in JUID registry)

• Update and request Rent Free Non Interference Use (RFNIU) requests

• Work with customer on special request for data on property records

• Assists in verifying that property records accurately reflect inventory on hand and that equipment servicing requirements are established by responsible organizations.

• Support any customer property control system audit.

• Perform Site self-assessments

• Coordination of scrap with government and company systems.

• Applies government regulations, customer contracts, corporate policy or recommended industry standards.

• Requires ability to stand, walk, bend, stretch and lift up to 40 pounds.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Basic Qualifications:

Knowledge of US Government acquisition regulations is required.

Strong knowledge of Property Management as it relates with the US government and US military is required.

Must have a strong knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulations related to Asset Management, strong effective customer relations skills are required.

The ability to work effectively with upper management, peers and customers is required. Also the ability to participate on cross functional teams and collaborate effectively is required.

The ability to quickly learn and utilize the Electronic database systems and to effectively use and leverage these technologies is required.

Strong computer skills are required to include MS office applications and general proficiency with business applications is required.

Ability to compare, join and manipulate data in MS Excel.

Must be able to stand, walk, bend, stretch and lift up to 40 pounds.

Ability to work with little or no supervision.

Desired Skills:

Strong business acumen is required.

Effective oral and written communications skills are required.

Strong organization skills are required.

Familiarity with Government Property and logistics of accountability is desired.

Knowledge of Property Management FAR, procurement practices, policies and procedures is desired.

Past experience with Government systems (PIEE) that account for and disposition US Government property and logistics of contracts as it relates to Property Management is desired.

Strong knowledge of FAR and DFAR regulations is desired.

A diverse background in multiple Property Management environments (DOD, International and Commercial) is desired.

Experience with government contracting including modifications, to losing contracts and gaining contracts of government property, demonstrate knowledge of surveys, audits, and contract closeout as it relates to disposition of government property is desired.

Knowledge of logistics and supply chain management is desired.

NPMA membership and certification is a plus.

Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week

Pay Rate:

The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Washington or Washington DC is $71,000 - $136,000 . Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.

This position is incentive plan eligible.

Pay Rate:

The annual base salary range for this position in most major metropolitan areas in California and New York is $81,600 - $153,800. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate’s work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
