JOB DESCRIPTION AND POSITION REQUIREMENTS: The Office for the Senior Vice President for Research is hiring a part time data migration assistant to support a major website migration project.

The person in the position will work with the OSVPR Marketing Communications Team to manually migrate content from Drupal to Wordpress using pre-built forms, pages, and modules. The work will be completed in batches on an as-needed basis. There will be weeks where no work is required, followed by weeks where the person could work up to 20 hours migrating directory information, funding database entries, and other web content.

The successful candidate will be comfortable with the ad-hoc work schedule and have some experience creating or editing content for websites and understand basic HTML formatting via a WYSIWYG editor.

This is a remote position with opportunities for local hires to join in-person meetings and team gatherings. Candidates will occasionally need to meet with OSVPR staff during working hours, but a bulk of the work can be completed on a flexible schedule. The candidate should be self-directed with an ability to organize and prioritize their work to meet established deadlines.
