JOB DESCRIPTION AND POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

Responsibilities include:

Provide direct support for the preparation and logistics of in-person programming.

Assist in the technical development of education through online platforms, including Canvas and Kaltura (updating Canvas, recording modules, video editing, Kaltura troubleshooting with students/leaders).

Provide support for data input (participation tracking, student responses, program assessment).

Develop a marketing strategy for educational programming, including collecting images from events to market.

Assist in the development of educational programs and curriculum based on the strategic priorities of the Office of Fraternity & Sorority Life.

Support daily operations in the Office of Fraternity & Sorority Life by answering phone calls, greeting visitors, scheduling room reservations, coordinating events and catering, and monitoring Standards of Excellence program form submissions.

Other duties as assigned, pending assistant's interest areas and past experiences.

Terms of Employment:

Fall 2024 semester (August 26 - December 20)

Spring 2025 semester (January 13 - May 9)

10-20 hours per week
