Applause Engagement Lead (GenAI) in US, United States

The Engagement Lead - is a primary contributor to the success of an exciting AI Feedback Program working on leading technology initiatives. . The Engagement Lead is to work remotely or on the client site with a customer mainly in the Pacific Time Zone.

The Engagement Lead is a results-driven professional who will spearhead Applause's AI Feedback Program. Part Project Manager and Part Consultant, your primary focus will be to provide strategy, thought leadership, project coordination, and customer success to ensure the integration and delivery of Applause AI Feedback services are successful and driving valuable insights for product improvement.

Previous GenAI experience is mandatory for this position.

Responsibilities include:

  • Leading team communication, meeting facilitation, reporting, analysis, and insights.

  • Proactive outreach to potential client product teams looking for product improvement.

  • Developing a deep understanding of customer AI product needs and communicating AI Feedback program’s value proposition.

  • Preparing and delivering data-driven presentations on the value of services provided.

  • Establishing success criteria, adjusting deliverables, and ensuring ongoing business relevance.

  • Liaising with project team members and providing solutions to unforeseen issues.

  • Ensuring the team meets deadlines and KPIs.

  • Synthesize feedback data into actionable insights that inform product development decisions. Clearly communicate findings and recommendations to relevant stakeholders, including product managers, engineers, and leadership teams.

  • Developing a deep understanding of customer stakeholder needs.

  • Performing quality assurance tasks and reviewing prompts.

  • Mentoring, training, and developing team members.

  • Supporting strategic customer-facing projects and participating in cross-functional initiatives.

  • Other duties as assigned

The ideal candidate is passionate about AI technology, customer engagement, and data-driven insights. They possess strong analytical and communication skills, and can effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Essential Skills & Qualifications:

  • Excellent project management and analytical skills.

  • Strategic thinking capability balanced with tactical and implementation/execution skills.

  • Excellent client-facing, presentation, and internal communication skills

  • Ability to build rapport and foster trust with diverse stakeholders.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Analytical ability required to gather data, perform complex analysis, and solve both business and technical problems.

  • Passion for technology and a strong customer-centric mindset.

  • Experience with AI technology and data analysis tools a plus.

  • Understanding of network security administration tools such as MSFT Defender, Crowdstrike Falcon is a strong plus

  • Location in Seattle or Bay Area for customer site visits is a plus

Salary range for this position is included in accordance with current state/local pay transparency legislation. Please note that salaries may vary for different individuals in the same role based on several factors, including but not limited to location of the role, individual competencies, education/professional certifications, experience, and performance in the role.

Base Salary Range: $90,000 - $130,000
