The Role

Are you looking for a role where you can make a difference in Diversity, Inclusion and Wellbeing across the globe?

Strada´s Global HR team is expanding and as part of a newly formed team we are looking for an experienced and passionate Inclusion and Wellbeing Specialist to join and help us foster a culture of belonging and respect across our organization. In this role, you will focus on developing, implementing, and evaluating strategies and initiatives that promote diversity, equity, and inclusion in all aspects of our business. Your role will involve collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure that our policies and practices align with the best practices and standards in the US and other regions. You will also identify opportunities to promote DEI through training and partnerships in accordance with industry best practices being responsible for the day-to-day operations and reporting on results. Other areas of responsibility include contributing to Strada’s wellbeing strategies and initiatives being responsible for the communication across the organization and working with third party suppliers on various wellbeing promotions.

The Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and execution of the global inclusion and diversity initiatives and projects that support our strategic goals and values.

  • Conduct regular analysis of our inclusion and diversity metrics and trends and provide insights and recommendations for improvement.

  • Facilitate and support the creation, management, and growth of employee resource groups (ERG), networks, and communities that foster inclusion and engagement. Be the link between the inclusion council and ERGs. Provide guidance on ERG goals, programming, and communications.

  • Participate in wellbeing strategies and programs while enhancing and supporting the wellbeing and retention of employees.

  • Support delivery of employee recognition scheme.

  • Develop and deliver training programs to raise awareness and educate employees on wellbeing, diversity, and inclusion matters Ensure that all employees have access to resources and support needed to foster a healthy and inclusive work environment.

  • Provide with professional advice on wellbeing, diversity, and inclusion to Strada´s employees when requested.

  • Monitor, evaluate, and respond to program measurements and participant feedback, including operations and quality, to drive continuous quality improvement initiatives and goals.

  • Partner with HR, talent acquisition, learning and development, and other functions to integrate wellbeing and inclusion & diversity principles and practices into our policies, processes, and systems to support the employee lifecycle.

  • Stay updated on relevant legislation and best practices regarding wellbeing, diversity, and inclusion. Review and adapt policies accordingly.

  • Build and manage relationships with external partner organizations to support the provision of advice and analysis to inform business decisions.

  • Create PowerPoint presentations and other materials to support various initiatives and reporting.

  • Maintain and update files and documents in Teams site.

The Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, social sciences, or related field. Master's degree or relevant certifications are a plus.

  • Experience in leading or managing inclusion and diversity programs and initiatives in a global context.

  • Ideally a first experience with wellbeing or benefit programs.

  • Experience in a fast-paced and dynamic corporate environment, with strong organizational and project management skills, including creating, communicating, and managing a project plan, tracking progress, and keeping stakeholders informed.

  • Strong knowledge and understanding of US based DEI regulation and laws, as well as regional and cultural differences and nuances.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills, with the ability to influence and inspire diverse audiences.

  • High level of creativity, innovation, and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven and evidence-based approach.

  • Ability to form strategic partnerships and influence key stakeholders such as Talent Acquisition, Human Resources and Business leaders.

  • Demonstrated commitment and passion for advancing wellbeing, inclusion and diversity in the workplace and beyond.

Salary Pay Range

Minimum :

65,600 USD

Maximum :

104,100 USD
