The Connected Experience Manager; CIS leads a best in class team to achieve and exceed goals by creating a high performing culture of empowerment and accountability.

Key Responsiblities of the role:

  • Contributes and updates existing curricula and develops new curricula in cooperation and with approval of GBU.

  • Follows up on trainings to ensure that trainings and team interactions meet stakeholder needs.

  • Serves as field sales resource to ensure proper product usage. May entail sales cotravels and/or customer visits.

  • Provides educational support and training as needed for Sales, Marketing, R&D, Market Development, and other Dentsply Sirona

  • Business Units as needed.

  • Provides training and support within own assigned territory and develops and fosters a cooperative working relationship with the local sales professionals within same territory.

  • Assess and evaluates applicability/practicality of established curricula based on external client inputs creating an environment of

  • continuous improvement.

  • Reviews scientific materials related to our product lines. Analyzes and interprets pertinent scientific research articles ensuring that internal teams are updated as needed. Updating educational programs to ensure they are current.

  • Establishes a knowledge base of clinical practice trends and information related to competitor products. Ensures that team stays current and informed.

  • Ensuring that all complaints/product issues are escalated per company guidance.

  • Attend required ongoing Dentsply Sirona training sessions and meetings as needed.

  • Provides leadership and daily oversight of the CIS team identifying, developing and retaining high talent who deliver value to the company and customers.

  • Provides leadership and support to direct reports to discuss progress of work, problem resolution, and ensure that standards for quality and quantity of work are met

  • Drive a culture that aligns to the company vision of empowerment and accountability.

  • Develop strong, collaborative working relationships with all team members. Foster extreme ownership

  • Display enthusiasm and positive attitude that can be mirrored by the team.

  • Set expectations, define goals, and champion company vision and align team culture.

  • Other duties as may be assigned.

  • Travel as needed
