Note: The pay rate for this job is $30 - $35 / hour + DOE. This range is a good-faith estimate based on factors such as relevant skills, experience, education, training, geographic location and other considerations permitted by law. Job Responsibilities:

  • Perform tear-off of existing roofing systems.

  • Install new roofing materials, ensuring proper techniques and safety protocols are followed.

  • Conduct thorough inspections of roofing structures to identify issues.

  • Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and within budget.

  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment.

  • Communicate effectively with project managers and clients regarding project progress.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Proven experience as a commercial roofer, specifically in tear-off and replacement.

  • Knowledge of various roofing materials and installation techniques.

  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications.

  • Strong physical stamina and ability to work at heights.

  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

  • OSHA certification is a plus.
