What you’ll do:

  • Be the main point of contact across internal Galileo teams (Operations, Product and Finance) and Card Networks like Visa, Mastercard, Discover and others.

  • Lead enabling of new card networks by doing in depth research on what is needed, working with internal teams (InfoSec, Compliance, Risk, Infrastructure, Authorization, Settlement, Finance and others) to understand the gaps and internal requirements and taking complete ownership of the network relationship while ensuring onboarding of new clients to the network.

  • Lead set up of new configurations or troubleshooting of existing ones, which will help support and expand payment processing services. The business analyst will also conduct research of issues impacting the Galileo payment lifecycle and work with internal stakeholders to define business and operational impacting requirements, develop new and enhance existing processes to reduce such issues and resolution times.

  • Develop a deep understanding of the current product offerings, research industry best practices, and review client and customer feedback to build recommendations and feature specifications for their product areas.

  • Ensure compliance with all the network mandates and bulletins and work closely with the internal teams to track and drive development and release before the network defined date.

  • Be the SME on all capabilities being enabled on the network and mentor junior analysts.

What you’ll need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field and 5+ years of related experience OR Master’s degree and 3+ years of related experience

  • Financial, payment network related work experience is a plus

  • Track record of working with stakeholders, internal and external, to understand needs, define and document solutions

  • Track record of working with payment networks to enable new capabilities or stand up new payment network relationships

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Exemplary problem solving and communication skills

  • Demonstrates a strong bias for action

  • Outstanding time management skills, prioritization and the ability to simultaneously manage multiple tasks while remaining self-directed

    Compensation and Benefits

The base pay range for this role is listed below. Final base pay offer will be determined based on individual factors such as the candidate’s experience, skills, and location.

US-Based Base Compensation

$150,000 — $190,000 USD
