Description of Duties:

The Associate Director of CRM Operations oversees the strategic planning, implementation, and management of the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system (Slate) within the campus. This individual is responsible for leading a team to leverage CRM technology to support student recruitment, enrollment, retention, and engagement efforts while ensuring alignment with institutional goals and objectives. Reporting to the Associate Provost for Enrollment Management, the Assistant Director of CRM Operations will diagnose and address issues of moderate to complex scope and deepen the capabilities of the CRM platform to meet the growing needs of the institution

Develop and communicate a strategic vision for CRM operations aligned with the college's mission, enrollment targets, and student success objectives.

Collaborate with senior leadership, admissions, marketing, academic departments, and other stakeholders to align CRM strategies with departmental objectives and priorities and coordinate a team of CRM specialists and administrators to execute on CRM initiatives and drive continuous improvement.

Develop and enforce CRM policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure consistent data management and adherence to industry standards and regulations and establish data governance protocols and quality assurance processes to maintain accurate and reliable data within the CRM system.

Lead efforts to innovate and optimize CRM processes, workflows, and systems to enhance operational efficiency, effectiveness, and student experience and generate reports, dashboards, portals, and actionable insights to inform decision-making and drive strategic initiatives across the college

Provide training, guidance, and support to campus users to maximize the utilization of CRM tools and resources for effective engagement and communication

Stay abreast of emerging trends, technologies, and best practices in CRM and higher education enrollment management.; Other reasonable duties as assigned.

Salary: $85,000 - $95,000

Minimum Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree from college or University accredited by the US Department of Education or internationally recognized accrediting organization.

  • Experience in diverse populations.

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.

  • Ability to work independently is a must.
