Job Title: Construction Project Manager

Job Description

We are seeking a Construction Project Manager to work remotely out of Utica/Syracuse, NY. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience, with knowledge and prior work in the industrial or larger commercial space (GC). The role requires a strong understanding of all scopes of construction, including General Requirements, Site work, Concrete, Masonry/steel, MEP, and Civil. You will need to demonstrate a solid grasp of Scope of Work, scheduling, budget management, and change orders. The client operates heavily in the Cannabis space (Controlled Environmental Agriculture - CEA) and also collaborates extensively with companies like Pepsi and Gatorade nationwide.

Hard Skills

• 3-5 years of construction project management experience

• Knowledge in industrial or larger commercial space (GC)
