Perform a wide variety of administrative tasks within the College of Arts and Sciences office to ensure that the office runs smoothly and efficiently.

  • Provide customer service for all faculty, staff, and students.

  • Schedule meetings and appointments for Dean and college

  • Complete forms in accordance with campus procedures; Copy, file, and distribute documents to staff; Compose, type, and distribute meeting notes, correspondence, and reports.

  • Special Projects

  • Other reasonable duties as assigned.

This position allows for a flexible part-time schedule and is temporary.

Salary: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour / 20-25 hours a week.

Job Requirements:

Minimum Requirements:

  • Associates degree from college or University accredited by the US department of Education or internationally recognized accrediting organization.

  • Demonstrated knowledge of the principles and practices of personnel administration.

  • Demonstrated proficiency using Microsoft Office.

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

Administrative support experience.
