Hyatt Corporation Busser/Dining Room Services Attendant in Vail, Colorado

Hyatt Corporation dba Grand Hyatt Vail/Park Hyatt Beaver Creek seeks 15 Temporary, full-time Bussers/Dining Room Services Attendants in Vail Valley, CO from 11/15/2024 - 04/16/2025 to perform any combination of general duties required of bussers, including: clear and reset tables and dining areas, including replacement of linens, condiments, and other supplies. Clean kitchen areas, equipment, wash dishes and utensils. Provide drink services (excluding alcohol) and/or serve food to customers as necessary when servers need assistance. Polish silverware and ensure adequate supplies of clean linens, silverware, glassware, dishes, and trays. Set-up, clear, and clean special function areas, including placement and cleaning of tables, chairs, linens, and food service equipment. Remove trash and food waste and tend to any spills or broken dishes. Must be capable of regular periodic lifting of at least 40 lbs. Various worksites in Vail, CO. Sunday - Saturday 6:00am-3:30pm, 8:00am - 4:30pm, or 2:00pm - 10:30pm with 1-2 days off per week. May be required to work weekends and overtime. Paid biweekly, wages calculated each workweek. Workers will be paid no less than $18.50/hour. Overtime will be paid at no less than $27.75/hour.

Employer will make all State/Federal deductions from the worker's paycheck as required by law. All deductions will be FLSA-compliant. On-the-job training provided. The employer will provide workers at no charge all tools, supplies, and equipment required to perform the job. Will assist workers in securing board, lodging, or other facilities. Discounted bus pass provided if worker requires daily transportation to/from worksite. Cost will be deducted from paycheck if purchased by employee. Daily meal provided during shift. Employer will reimburse H-2B workers in the first work week for all visa, visa processing, border crossing, and other related fees, including those mandated by the government, incurred by the H-2B worker (excluding passport expenses and other charges that primarily benefit the worker). Transportation (including meals and to the extent necessary, lodging) to the place of employment will be provided, or its cost to workers reimbursed, if the worker completes half of the employment period. Daily subsistence will be at least $15.88 per day during travel to a maximum of $59 per day with receipts. The reimbursement will be provided by separate check. Employer will provide return transportation and daily subsistence if the worker completes the employment period or is dismissed early. The employer guarantees to offer work for hours equal to at least three-fourths of the workdays in each 12-week period of the total employment period.
