Vail Resorts Network Analyst in Vail, Colorado

Job Summary:

Come help tackle IT challenges in a high energy, fast paced environment by becoming an Network Analyst for Vail Resorts. Help coordinate technology initiatives while providing administration and support of data communication systems. Job Specifications:

  • Work Location: In-Person at 1031 S Frontage Rd W, Vail, CO 81657

  • The budgeted range starts at $59,100 - $79,530. Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience

  • Shift & Schedule Availability: Full Time, Year Round, (Weekends Required)

  • Ski/Snowboard experience required, Intermediate Level

Job Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a positive attitude while solving IT challenges, enjoying the benefits of working for a ski company and having fun in a manner that encourages coworkers to do the same.

  • Lead and execute changes that improve support and reliability for systems across a broad geographical area.

  • Aid in developing and executing small to medium sized projects with high visibility.

  • Receive training to provide advanced support and administration of a variety of specialized network systems.

  • Apply standard principles, concepts, and techniques toward the identification and resolution of hardware problems.

  • Strive for continual improvement and growth by actively participating in company and IT-specific training.

  • Create and maintain documentation detailing network design & configuration

  • Suggest and support implementation of new ideas for improving network architecture, standards, and operations.

Job Requirements:

  • Positive, enthusiastic, and friendly.

  • Solution oriented with desire to learn new skills.

  • In depth knowledge of the support needs within an enterprise environment.

  • Ability to sit and stand for long periods of time.

  • Able to move 50 lbs (with assistance if needed).

  • Should be able to work a schedule that can include weekends and holidays.

  • Ability to ski or snowboard at intermediate level, or desire to learn.

  • Valid US driver’s license.

The expected Total Compensation for this role is $59,100 - $79,530. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
