Our distinguished client is searching for a multilingual Front Desk Receptionist who can provide unmatched customer service in English and Spanish. Your outstanding interpersonal skills and fluency in both languages will be vital in ensuring clear and effective communication with our diverse clientele.

Responsibilities:

• Greet guests and provide them with a warm, positive first impression of the organization.

• Manage phone calls and correspondence in both English and Spanish.

• Perform administrative and clerical tasks including maintaining files and sorting mail.

• Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies.

  Requirements

• High school diploma; additional training or education in Office Administration will be an asset.

• Proven experience as a Receptionist or relevant position.

• Fluency in both English and Spanish.

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
