This position is a combination of the traditional duties of Director of Christian Education and Director of Youth Ministries. The right person will combine those duties in this exempt part-time position to develop and implement a comprehensive ministry to build young disciples of Christ. This includes providing curriculum and a positive learning environment in the church.

If the candidate does not feel comfortable with the breadth of the position, it could be split into two and the candidate could choose either the director of youth ministries aspect or the director of Christian Education aspect.
