Description We are looking for a meticulous Accounting Clerk to join our team located in Valley Park, Missouri. As an Accounting Clerk, you will be responsible for managing a variety of tasks, including processing equipment sales and coordinating with various stakeholders. This role offers a long-term contract employment opportunity and requires a proactive individual who can handle a high volume of tasks, particularly during peak periods.

Responsibilities:

• Efficiently process equipment sales for multiple branches

• Coordinate and communicate with banks, customers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth transaction flow

• Maintain accurate records of deals submitted by salespeople

• Manage a high volume of deals, ensuring timely and accurate processing

• Handle warranty submissions and dealer participation submissions

• Ensure the accuracy of all aspects of deal processing

• Respond to and resolve customer inquiries as needed

• Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action when necessary

• Utilize skills in Accounts Receivable (AR), Billing, Data Entry, Invoice Processing, Microsoft Excel, Title Searches, Preliminary Title Reports to fulfill job responsibilities. Requirements • Proficiency in Accounts Receivable (AR)

• Experience with Billing processes

• Proficient in Data Entry tasks

• Familiarity with Invoice Processing

• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel

• Experience in performing Title Searches

• Knowledge in preparing Preliminary Title Reports
