A Hospital in Van Nuys is in the need of a Accounts Payable Specialist. The Accounts Payable Specialist will be primarily involved in maintaining and processing financial records, with a special focus on accounts payable functions.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for matching, batching, and encoding of invoices.

• Utilize accounting software systems for various accounting functions.

• Implement accrual accounting techniques where necessary.

• Perform 3-way matching of invoices, purchase orders, and goods receipts.

Requirements • Minimum of 3 years of experience in an Accounts Payable Specialist role or similar position.

• Proficient knowledge and understanding of account coding procedures.

• Must be adept at using accounting software systems.

• Familiarity with essential accounting functions is necessary.

• Hands-on experience with Accounts Payable (AP) is a must.

• Knowledge and practical application of accrual accounting principles.

• Experience in 3 way matching in the context of accounts payable.
