Responsibilities

Provides technical repairs for complex electronic, mechanical, and Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs). Troubleshoots, repairs, fabricates, installs, and adjusts electronic systems, gauges, instrumentation, and mechanical/electronic interfaces. Works on systems controlling and measuring equipment performance, access, automation, fire protection, material handling (elevators, etc.), and energy measurement. Assists production workers in diagnosing malfunctions and executes equipment overhauls. Tests equipment after repairs, changeovers, or downtime. Maintains production equipment while adhering to schedules. Operates machinery and tools such as saws, drills, power tools, scissor lifts, and forklifts. Maintains records in the Maintenance Management System, communicating via email and using computer systems. Completes duties following quality assurance, GMPs, safety, and company procedures, in compliance with regulations. Keeps a clean, organized, and safe work area, performing tasks like cleaning equipment, sweeping, mopping, and trash removal. Coordinates with bakery personnel and other departments to minimize disruptions. Performs other duties as assigned.

The essential functions of this role include:

• manual lifting up to 50lbs

• standing for 10 hours at one time

• working up to 10 hrs of overtime per week
