Team Lead

Our client specializes in chemical and ingredient distribution and provides services to customers across a wide range of industries such as paints, coatings, & lubricating fluids. They are looking for a Warehouse Team Lead to join their team!

Great opportunity for candidates with a history to get a 2nd chance – open to misdemeanors or felonies.

Pay: $19/hr

Schedule: 2 nd shift

Location: Vance, AL

Type of Job: Temp to Hire

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Conductus startup meetings

• Directs tasks, guides and instructs employees.

• Monitors daily accumulation of waste and recyclables.

• Works with the Supervisor to track inventory and schedule shipments.

• Ensures all containers are properly labelled and stored in a safe manner and that all empty drums and pails are disposed of in a proper manner.

• Directs the loading and unloading of Van Trailers of Recyclables and Waste.

• Directs cleaning and maintenance duties.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• High School Diploma OR GED REQUIRED

• Previous leadership experience in manufacturing or production.

• Must be able to lift up to 50lbs on a regular basis

• Ability to lead with safety, ethics, and respect in the workplace
