Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. This position offers:

Shifts Available:

• 1st Shift: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM

• 2nd Shift: 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM

• 3rd Shift: 10:00 PM - 6:30 AM

Responsibilities:

• Repair, diagnose, and troubleshoot production machinery.

• Work on blow/filling/sealing/labeling machines for sterile/saline solutions.

• Handle mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.

• Set up equipment and document production processes.

• Manage production line start-up and repairs.

• Perform preventative maintenance.

• Troubleshoot PLCs (preferred).

Qualifications:

• Must Have:4+ years of maintenance experience (plastics, molding, med/pharma preferred) OR 5+ years of process technician experience in the plastics industry.

• Machinery set-up experience.

• Documentation experience.

• Nice to Have:3+ years of blow fill seal machinery experience.

• Experience setting up and running lines/equipment systems.

Work Environment:

• Clean, temperature-controlled facility.

• Growing company with recent expansion.

• Pay: $30 - $40 per hour.

• Shift Differential:

• $2-$3 for 2nd shift

• $4.25 for 3rd shift
