Aston Carter Project Coordinator in Vernon Hills, Illinois

Monday through Friday- 8am to 5pm (must be local)Looking for:

  • Bachelor's Degree Preferred (or four years in a coordinator role)

  • 1+ years of Sales Support Experience

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel especially with VLookUps and Pivot Tables)

Job Description

Responsibilities include managing leads, coordinating pricing requests, and ensuring effective communication between all parties. The role aims to maximize company revenue and profit by facilitating joint responses and bringing in associated Purchase Orders.

• Manages leads process to provide leads to applicable Sales Team.

• Provide Seller information to leverage partner specific program and liaise with the OEM on appropriate opportunities

• Coordinate tasks among account managers, systems engineers, field reps, vendors, service partners etc. throughout the opportunity

• Provide applicable Partner with opportunity updates throughout process

• Provide lead process progress reports to E-Rate Program Team

Coordinate Qualified Lead Generation & Reporting:

• Provide qualified leads to appropriate Seller and determine partnership status

• Create master doc of all leads and status for reporting

• Manage partnership coordination for pricing, BOMs, and response

Turn won opportunities into Revenue:

• Work with Sales Team on won proposals to determine customer purchase plan.

• Assist with any partner coordination necessary to complete purchase.

Communicate Effectively:

• Track and maintain communications among all team members (local and remote employees, and teammates), manage and distribute assignments provided via collaborative tools such as calendars, task lists, as necessary.

• Coordinates all necessary partnership communication such as pricing, BOM, etc

• Follows up and provides feedback to account managers, sales managers and directors regarding new and current opportunities.

Additional Responsibilities:

• Ensure continued communication post-award.

• Attend department-sponsored and other training programs as necessary.

• Complete projects assigned from time to time.

• When required, attend industry days or pre-proposal functions.
