• Responsiblefor executing production schedule and hourly monitoring of performance to production schedule

• Monitor and continuously improve workshop efficiency, effectiveness, and safety performance regarding all aspects of the remanufacturing processes

• Supervise, conduct performance reviews, and maintain training records and development plans for direct reports.

• Ensure workshop works within the quality guidelines of IATF6949.

• Implements & enforces ZF policies regarding safety and personnel. Performs safety audits.

Your Profile as a Remanufacturing Shop Supervisor

• High School diploma or GED required.

• 3+ years’ experience in a production remanufacturing or logistics operation.

• Strong background in utilizing ERP systems (SAP Preferred) and Quality standards.

• Flexibility to provide supervision for adjacent shifts.

Physical demands: While performing the duties of this job, the associate is required to stand for extended periods of time; 60 minutes continuously up to 6 hours per 10 hour day, walk up to 2 miles per day, handle or feel objects and/or tools; operate power tools; reach with hands and arms; climb stairs; balance; stoop; bend, verbally communicate; and hear safety indicators. The associate must frequently and repetitively lift and /or move up to 40 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and the ability to focus.

The expected base compensation for this role is $30.00- $32.50 hourly. Actual base compensation within the identified range will vary based on factors relevant to the position.
