Your skills will be utilized to prepare and consolidate financial statements, analyze and reconcile accounts, assess cash flow, develop budgets and forecasts, conduct audits, and manage internal control maintenance and regulatory reporting. Primary Responsibilities:

• Execute monthly accounting close procedures and deliverables, including journal entries, reconciliations, and reports in the compensation sector, adhering to GAAP standards.

• Ensure adherence to corporate accounting policies, procedures, and controls when collaborating with business partners, offering assistance for special requests as needed.

• Perform Balance Sheet account reconciliations.

• Analyze financial data such as trends, performance metrics, and benchmarks, presenting findings clearly.

• Assist in coordinating quarterly reviews and audits with both internal and external auditors.

• Manage ad-hoc projects as required and contribute to department-wide initiatives.

• Continuously strive to enhance the automation of accounting and reporting processes.

• Generate monthly consolidated P& L and Balance Sheet flux analyses for management review.

  Requirements

• A BA/BS in Accounting, with a preference for CPA credentials.

• 3-5 years of general accounting experience, ideally including Big 4 exposure.

• Proficient in ERP systems and experienced in account reconciliation.

• Demonstrated expertise in Process Improvement and Process Documentation.

• Familiarity with Electronic Manufacturing and budget forecasting.

• Highly skilled in Microsoft Excel and Monthly Financial Statements.

• Thorough knowledge of month-end closings and Oracle EBS.

• Proficiency in Monthly Financial Reporting, with keen attention to detail.

• Excellent time management skills and ability to follow standard procedures.

• Strong analytical, quantitative, and interpersonal skills.

• Self-motivated with a proactive approach to project management and problem-solving.

• Exceptional written, verbal, and social communication skills.

• Capacity to prioritize tasks and adapt to changing environments.

• Valued experience in public accounting.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects within deadlines.

• Deep understanding of internal controls and SOX compliance.

• Knowledge of corporate performance management (CPM) and business intelligence systems.
