[The City of Verona, Missouri is seeking a qualified candidate for the position Police Officer who holds a valid, active, Missouri POST certification. The Police Officer will be under the supervision of the Chief of Police. Primary responsibilities are for the active enforcement of all laws and codes of the City, County, and State to provide public safety and order for the community. This will be a full-time position. Benefits, after the 90-day probationary period, will include 100% paid health insurance for the employee, sick pay, and vacation accrual. The City of Verona participates in MO LAGERS pension program.
